Some words are too heavy to carry alone.
Whether you're writing to the child you once were, the person who hurt you, someone you lost, or simply to yourself...
This is your space with zero pressure. No perfect words. Just honesty.
Some of the hardest conversations are the ones we never get to have.
The apology we never received, the goodbye we never got to say, the words we wish someone had spoken to us, or the words we've carried for years but never felt able to say out loud.
B Brave Letters is a place for those words.
It's a collection of anonymous letters written by people from all walks of life. Some write about child sexual abuse, others about grief, loss, healing, love or hope. Some write to the child they once were, while others write to someone they'll never have the chance to speak to again.
Every letter is different, but they all have one thing in common: they're the words that have been waiting to be written.
🧡 To say something you've never been able to say.
🧡 To put difficult feelings into words.
🧡 To honour someone.
🧡 To let go.
🧡 To help someone else feel less alone.
There is no right or wrong way to write a B Brave Letter.
Your letter doesn't need to be perfectly written, carefully structured or even particularly long. It doesn't matter if it's a few sentences or a few pages, or if the words don't come out exactly as you imagined. What matters is that they're your words.
You can choose to share your letter anonymously or include your name if you wish. Every submission is read with care, compassion and respect before it is published.
